8:13 p.m. - Here's one thing I've never understood about how some school's do these double headers. Why does the men's game get the National Anthem? Is it only important to honor the country before men's basketball?

8:15 p.m. - There's nothing like rocking out to a little Tiger Jam (the OBU pep band) here in tiny Bill Vining Arena.

8:16 p.m. - OBU will start tonight's game with a couple free throws thanks to the Bears dunking during the pre-game warmups. And it's 2-0 with 20 minutes to go in the half.

8:25 p.m. - OBU's reeled off 7 straight and they lead 12-7 with 15:01 left to go. It's hot in here... I wish someone would open a door or something let some of this heat out. Go Arkansas winters.

8:36 p.m. - UCA up 19-16 after LeMar Phillips hits a three. The afformentioned Tiger Jam has a clever sign that has a cartoon Rand Chappell and reads, "Only You Can Stomp Out Forest Fires."

8:44 p.m. - Bears are leading 23-20 after scoring four straight. They're shooting 45 percent from the field, 50 percent from behind the arc. Phillips has eight points, Fred Campbell has six.

8:57 p.m. - UCA leads at the half 31-30. The Tigers went on a 5-0 run to end the half and pull it to within one. OBU is shooting 50 percent at the half, UCA down to 38.7 percent. Both teams are shooting 50 percent from the 3-point line. Phillips leads UCA with 10, Darryl Jones has eight. Brandon Dawson and Lucky Butler are leading OBU with 10 each.

9:17 p.m. - Campbell's on fire, he's hit the last two UCA buckets and the Bears lead 38-32.

9:23 p.m. - OBU's on a 7-0 run and they've re-taken the lead 41-40.

9:29 p.m. - Stephin Booth has scored his last couple baskets on putbacks and the Bears lead it 46-43.

9:43 p.m. - The Bears still lead 54-49. OBU coach Charlie Schaef was T'd up earlier, but Phillips missed both free throws. UCA is shooting 66.7 percent from behind the arc. Phillips has 12 points, Jones and Campbell have 11.

9:46 p.m. - Stephin Booth just came charging into the lane and hit a runner. Meanwhile an OBU player trying to draw the charge landed into the ref. He's up and OK.

9:57 p.m. - UCA leads by three, 62-59.

9:58 p.m - OBU back to within one, 62-61. Chappell's not happy.

10 p.m. - Booth just hit to free throws after being intentionally foul to give the Bears a 66-61 lead with 3:15 to go.

10:09 p.m. - Jones just recorded his fourth foul, the Bears lead 68-65 with 1:02 left to go. Brian Ross just hit two free throws to cut the UCA lead to 68-67.

10:10 p.m. - Phillips just hit a 3 falling away and the Bears lead 71-67 with 31.1 left.

10:12 p.m. - The official who took a spill earlier, Johnny Pearson, is asking for 4 bottles of Advil for the trip home. Cortez just came up with a big steal and now he'll be going to the line to shoot a couple after some blood is cleaned off the floor.

10:15 p.m. - This one looks like it's over... the Bears lead 74-69 with 13.5 to go, OBU's at the line, but it's gonna take a miracle for OBU to win.

10:17 p.m. - UCA wins 77-70.
